About The Position:
Vidionix is seeking a Director of Company Success. This position will require a unique skill set with experience in Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Facilities. The ideal candidate will manage the relationship with our virtual CFO firm and accounting firm as it relates to high-level company financials, effective rate and efficiency, planning, budgeting, accounts payable and receivables. Additionally, this position must have a detailed eye on all income and expenses at a project level, and has the ability to keep others accountable within the company as it relates to profitability.

This position is responsible for developing long-term operational strategies, and working closely with the Leadership Team to meet company objectives. Ideally, this candidate will oversee the documentation of all company processes to ensure that consistent, efficient workflows are in place, yielding optimal productivity and performance. Additionally, partnering closely with internal teams to achieve department goals will be vital to the success of the position.

The Director of Company Success will also be the company liaison to the virtual HR company, payroll vendor, investment firm, and insurance vendors. Plus, managing company facilities and outsourced vendors to ensure the infrastructure is robust and running smooth, plus has the ability to address and solve challenges that arise.

This is a Full-time, salaried position.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
-10+ years experience working in a similar, Senior leadership role
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; Masters or equivalent
Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Facilities.
-Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
-Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
-Excellent management skills
-Strong communication skills (both internally and externally)

Bonus points for:
-Knowledge and understanding of the EOS model
-Hands-on experience with financial reporting and programs (i.e. Quickbooks,, Divvy, etc.)
– Strong knowledge of project management systems (i.e.
-Past Creative Agency experience
